Bank of Africa UK arranged and funded the €10m Senior Tranche and was mandated to place the €11.5m Junior Tranche of a €44.5m LBO in the Telecoms Sector in West Africa involving Senior, Mezzanine and Equity financing.

Bank of Africa UK co-financed €20m of a €100m medium term loan for the construction of an airport in West Africa.

Bank of Africa UK arranged and funded the first tranche of €7.6m of a €15.2m facility to finance the construction of a pipeline network and oil storage tank in West Africa.
